Nopales Print
The Prickly Pear cactus may look intimidating, but it is actually quite tasty! Known in Spanish as “Nopales”, the de-spined flesh of the cactus can be grilled as a filling meal. The reddish purple fruits, or “tunas” also make a wonderful tart and sweet jelly.
These 4.5” square linocuts are hand carved and printed by hand on paper that is dyed naturally using turmeric.
